Naturtrüb Magazin
Das Naturtrüb Magazin ist ein feministisches Magazin für Text und Zeichnung, welches sich Anfang 2019 in den Räumlichkeiten des Kulturhauses Bielefeld gegründet hat. Im Oktober 2019 erschien unsere erste Ausgabe zum Thema „Suchen und Finden“, in der sich jede der Autorinnen und Zeichnerinnen auf unterschiedliche Weise mit der Thematik auseinandergesetzt hat. Auch in den folgenden Ausgaben ist es Teil des Konzeptes, das ein übergeordnetes Thema auszuwählen und dann in einem intensiven Arbeitsprozess gemeinsam verschiedene Perspektiven herauszuarbeiten, dabei ist es uns wichtig, außer den Beiträgen einzelner auch Kooperationen zwischen Texterinnen und Zeichnerinnen entstehen und durch gemeinsames Arbeiten beide Disziplinen voneinander lernen. Im Herbst 2020 erschien die zweite Ausgabe mit dem Titel Hunger.
The motivation behind the Naturtrüb initiative is our desire to create a platform for female*artists and researchers that want to share their work in public. In essence, each issue discusses a topic using various disciplines e.g. drawings, comic, ilustration, essays, interviews, poetry, reports, columns etc. This interdisciplinary get-together results in creative contributions, diverse both in content and the delivarence of information. The magazine serves as a stage for female* thoughts and ideas on subjects anyone can relate to; it invites you to think about and discuss themes that are present in our everyday life. Another aspect of the Naturtrüb collective is to create of a space in which we, as female* artists and scientists, can support each other, learn from one another and inspire each other, exchanging ideas and experiences from many different disciplines. The authors, mostly students and graduates with a background in art, design, philosophy or psychology, often experience a male dominance in their respective fields. In the Naturtrüb collective we offer a space to express ourselves as women* amongst women*. What is more, we also want to use the collectives energy to organise workshop and talks and give other women* the oportunity to publish guest contributions with us. All in all, it is still important for us to mention that our work is made by only woman but for all!
The first issue of the magazine was released in 2019 and is dealing with the topic of searching and finding. The second issue about hunger was released in autumn 2020.
